Nico Mansilla
Nico Mansilla is a versatile and dynamic creative professional with a rich background in visual arts, business management, and content production. With a passion for both artistic expression and strategic business solutions, Nico has built a career that seamlessly integrates creativity with practical execution as a business and personal counsellor, using his skills in emotional intelligence, communication, and problem-solving to provide strategic guidance and insights.
Specialised in communication, Nico has undertaken various roles that showcase his wide-ranging talents. As a video producer, photographer, project management, and digital marketing expert between Barcelona (Spain), Los Angeles (USA) and Kraków (Poland), he has conceptualised and executed engaging creative projects, building a robust portfolio in photography, filmmaking, and business management.
His work is characterised by creative thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and project management, with strong communication skills and proficiency in various professional tools, including audio and video hardware and software, Google Marketing tools, and social media management suites.
Daniel Kopeć
A graphic artist with a professional title obtained in 2022, who, at the age of 21, had the opportunity to work at PAGODE STUDIO on animations for Dawid Podsiadło and Dawid Kwiatkowski. He conducts original graphic workshops in linocut, drypoint, and screen printing techniques. On May 19, 2023, he gave a lecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow during the Academy’s Night of Museums, in the main auditorium, on the visual form of hip-hop titled “Drip.” Co-organizer of the Art Salon and an exhibition at the Open Art ASP in 2024. Entrepreneur and content creator. Organizer of numerous solo exhibitions in cooperation with the City of Krakow and the Krakow Library. He collaborates with SMTG in Krakow, the ASP Career Office, and Bunkier Sztuki. He was recognized at the Art Show and Rempex Auction in Warsaw. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Science and Education. Author of essays and critical texts on art published in Szkicownik Literacki.
Placebo Paradox focuses on helping entrepreneurs, creatives and businesses grow through mentoring programs and digital services. It offers mentoring and coaching for personal and professional development, providing guidance, mental health, strategic planning, and skill-building.
Additionally, it delivers talks, workshops, a podcast in English about business, and it’s focused on deliver support to creatives, entrepreneurs and businesses online and offline.
Achievements:
With a diverse background in creative and business roles, I have excelled as a Business Mentor, Video Producer, and Photographer at Placebo Paradox in Kraków, Poland, delivering projects from concept to completion and helping professionals grow. My event production and curation work at Mutuo Art Gallery in Barcelona boosted gallery engagement through strategic collaborations. As a film producer for CarnalCrew and an independent filmmaker in Los Angeles and Barcelona, I managed all aspects of production, from budgeting to creative direction, enhancing project visibility and team collaboration. My role as Lead Photographer at Que Fuerte Me Parece involved overseeing fashion and commercial shoots, leveraging my expertise in lighting, editing, and team coordination to produce high-quality visual content.
