- Exploring all possible “What-if’s”, ‘’How can we’s” and “Why’s” to infinity and beyond, in order to understand and craft experiences with robots that customers will love
- Creating concepts for improving the user experience related to our products (the robots, the apps to control them, etc.) and, occasionally, designs
- Asking questions such as: “Why should the robot act a certain way?”, “Is this opening really so un-ergonomic or is it just me?”, “How to make the user aware that the robot wants to go home?”, …
- Inspiring others with “Why not differently”-questions
- Working closely with designers and tech geeks (once in a while having to act like you know what they’re actually talking about)
