Zakres obowiązków
For our Client, international business center located in Krakow, we are looking for Candidates on the Intern position who would like to gain first professional experience in multicultural environment of BPO sector.
The Intern will be part of team specializing in benefits systems for customers from UK. The internship will start with 4 week induction trainings. Then the scope of duties will include responding to customer inquiries mostly by phone, counselling in the field of benefits and updating database.
Wymagania
We are looking for candidates with very good command of English (C1 level) willing to start their career in HR area in the international environment. Any previous experiences in customer service or HR area will be a plus but is not required. We are also opened for Candidates without any former experience. Candidates shall be available min. 20h/week.

Our Client offers possibility to gain unique experience in international corporate environment, salary for whole period of internship (including trainings time) and flexible work schedule. Internship will last 3 months starting at the beginning of October 2015. Moreover there is possibility to maintain long term cooperation with the company after internship.
