Zakres obowiązków
The person hired for the position of Senior Industrial Designer will work with, and at times lead, cross-
functional project teams within the Medical Equipment R&D business division. They will consistently
identify, initiate, plan, and recommend, innovative design solutions that meet business and technical goals. This person will be able to consistently take the lead in advancing projects utilizing knowledge of design, competitive product(s), and market information. They will apply the above information along with creative and design thinking skills to provide design leadership and support for the business.
• consulting managers/clients about design requirements
• negotiating/agreeing contracts, budgets and time-scales
• clarifying design issues
• investigating appropriate materials and production processes
•producing sketches and sample
Wymagania
• Good visual and spatial awareness
• Well-developed technical and creative skills
• Commercial awareness
• IT skills, including CAD is a must
• Very good communication in English is a must
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in design of Medical Equipment will be a benefit
