Wallpaper designer

You will be responsible for development and product maturing of wallpaper collections in the high end of the quality scale. This requires, experience and a flair for design and trends on an international level. We are, to a significant extent, employing extern designers, whose suggestions are modified to a certain degree – but we are also developing our design in-house or in collaboration with our clients. You will refer to the design manager of the concern, collaborate on a daily basis with your colleagues in the factory in Gdansk, but have contact with the international sales organization, located in Rødovre, Denmark.

We expect from you: • talent for designing, which consists of maintaining harmony between beauty and utility • relevant knowledge / education of design, drawing and painting • international experience and fluency in English both written and spoken • artistic imagination, “out of the box” thinking, but also a creative discipline • sensitivity to color, light and patterns • openness to new trends in fashion and design • ability to observe and analyze market • ability to adapt to business requirements and perform tasks • open-mind and ability to work interdisciplinary • strong motivation, an interest and passion It will be beneficial if you have: • an international education from an international design school • work experience within the industry
