Zakres obowiązków
As a Graphic Team Leader at Admind, you will:
● Coordinating and supervising the work of the team graphic designers,
● Performing employee evaluations as required as well as providing effective feedback during the course of normal business operations,
● Formulating objectives of subordinate employees and accounting for their implementation,
● Building work schedules graphics and timely execution of the projects ,
● Fulfill the client’s needs by presenting crucial information in a beautiful, user-focused and effective way by designing outstanding, customized PowerPoint presentations.
● Work with specialists and managers from all over the world, understand their needs and deliver adequate support.
● Enhance PowerPoint presentations according to high-quality business standards of visual identification.
● Edit content from different departments.
● Build templates and layouts
● Add value through extraordinary client focus.
Wymagania
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
● Experience in managing the team of graphic designers (both in small company and corporate environment)
● Practical knowledge of PowerPoint, including the ability of quick creation and edition of styles, charts, diagrams and graphic objects.
● Ability to work consequently with corporate brand guidelines.
● Ability to understand client’s needs and guide them through the process of communicating inside and outside of the company.
● Fluency in spoken and written english.
● Not required, but a plus:
○ Adobe Photoshop editing skills
○ Experience with working with various digital media formats (images, video)
○ Template automation experience
○ Basic VBI skills
