Zakres obowiązków
For our Client, London and Krakow-based digital company focused on lowering the cost of international money transfers by bringing them on-line and to mobile, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and email. That includes: troubleshoot and work with the Operations team to resolve customer issues, convert new customers coming in via inbound calls, emails and social media channels, work towards improving our digital products and our portfolio of partner companies.
Wymagania
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in both spoken and written English and German. What is more, you need to be a people-oriented person, happy to talk to customers. Excellent written and telephone manner, customer focus and computer literate are also required. We are looking for both- experienced Candidates with 1-2 years’ work experience in customer- related field as well as fresh graduates who are ready to start careers in international company with lots of development opportunities.
